Lomon Billions announced that it intends to acquire China National Nuclear Corporation’s shares in Guangdong Orient Zirconic Ind Sci & Tech Co.,Ltd. (“Orient Zirconic”) a company in Chenghai, China that mines zirconium minerals and produces zirconium products including zirconium oxides, dioxides, compound zirconium oxides and zirconium silicates.
The transfer value of the shares is 872,953,145.64 RMB (~125 million USD) and represents 15.66% of the equity in Orient Zirconic. The transaction has been submitted for approval and when completed will make Lomon Billions the largest Orient Zirconic shareholder.
