Royal DSM, a global science-based company active in nutrition, health and sustainable living, today announces a global price increase for Akulon® PA6 polymer grades.

To compensate for the rising costs of raw materials, DSM is increasing the price for its Akulon® polyamide 6 polymer grades in Europe, Middle East and Africa with 130 Euro/ton.

This increase will be effective on February 1st, where contracts allow.

While DSM continues to pursue and implement cost saving initiatives, this increase is necessary to ensure DSM’s sustainable long-term position as leading supplier of engineering plastics.
