The ADDITOL dry CF300 is being introduced to the already familiar cobalt-free drier portfolio, which includes as a primary drier ADDITOL® dry CF 100 that was designed to meet impending regulations against the use of cobalt containing paint driers. In addition, our portfolio also contains the complementary ADDITOL® dry CF200.
The ADDITOL® dry CF300 is the newest secondary drier and is being added to provide increased formulator flexibility in designing next-generation coatings and inks.
In general, both secondary driers are an excellent option when used in conjunction with ADDITOL® dry CF100. However, when looking for a specific performance attribute, customers should look for ADDITOL® dry CF200 for a faster cure, while ADDITOL® dry CF300 provides improved through-dry and corrosion performance.
