Penn Color Inc. will launch a brand-new portfolio of high-performance dispersions at the European Coatings Show 2023 (ECS) in Nuremberg, Germany, from March 28 to 30.

New water–based, solvent–based, and energy curable pigment dispersions

• water–based dispersions: low–no VOC, APEO free, binder free, high pigment loading
• solvent–based dispersions: broadly compatible acrylic resin systems, with high pigment loading and optimal rheological properties
• energy curable dispersions: 100% solids, low curing energy, broadly compatible systems, available for multiple oligomers and various degrees of functionality
