Celanese Launches Micromax™ LF Series Conductive Inks and GreenTape™ LF95C for Telecom Applications

Celanese will debut its Micromax™ LF Series Conductive Inks and GreenTape™ LF95C Low-Temperature Co-fired Ceramic (LTCC) materials system at IMS 2023, June 11-16, in San Diego, California.

The LF95C is a lead-free version of the well-known GreenTape™ 951 system. It is essential to performance for high-frequency, high-reliability applications and 5G communications and offers circuit designers and manufacturers an innovative solution for tapes and compatible conductors. The LF95C material system is designed for telecom applications up to 40 GHz.

“The GreenTape™ LTCC system delivers a low dissipation factor under various frequency ranges with high reliability and enables design freedom while achieving miniaturization and lower insertion loss,” said Andy Kao, Celanese global telecom segment leader, Micromax™ Electronic Inks and Pastes. “This newly launched lead-free solution is easy-to-use and more economical for high-volume commercial applications.”

Celanese invites visitors to IMS 2023 to booth #2216 to learn more about the GreenTape™ LF95C and conductors.
